CARLY HAMBRIDGE
Carly Hambridge began dancing at age seven in Charlotte, NC, and graduated from Butler University in 2014 with a BA in Dance Pedagogy with honors. Upon graduation, Carly joined Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s Graduate Program on scholarship, performing alongside the company. In 2015, she joined Nevada Ballet Theatre and then BalletMet 2 in 2016, performing works by George Balanchine, Edwaard Liang, James Canfield, and Michael Pink. Now, in her 8th season with Boulder Ballet, Carly has been featured in roles including Giselle, Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, in works by Twyla Tharp, Christopher Wheeldon, Paul Taylor, Amy Seiwert, Gregory Dawson, Sidra Bell, Andrea Schermoly, Caili Quan, and Ben Needham-Wood. Additionally, Carly teaches ballet to dancers of all levels and is a licensed trainer in the GYROTONIC® Method. Carly joined Boulder Ballet in 2017.
