BOULDER BALLET RESEARCH PILOT

Join our research pilot!

As part of Boulder Ballet’s 2024/2025 season, we are inviting our audience to engage with our performances in a unique way. By continuing mental health research we began last season, we are on a mission to learn more about the emotional and physiological effects dance can offer viewers. We are specifically testing how watching dance can improve an individual's resilience and self-regulation characteristics; these two attributes are considered critical for success by helping you navigate life’s challenges and achieve your goals. At Boulder Ballet we know that our audiences leave our performances better than when they walked in, but we need your help to figure out the how and why.

Throughout this season there will be multiple opportunities for you to be positively impacted by dance and provide Boulder Ballet with the data it needs. These opportunities align with our performance schedule and the first event is on September 20, 2024, 7:00pm MST, at the Chautauqua Auditorium à Check back here frequently to discover more related events

HOW TO JOIN

Registration is simple, click HERE to register and earns you a complimentary ticket to enjoy the next performance on September 20, 2024.

As a participant you will be asked to complete several surveys during the event. Each anonymous survey will take five to ten minutes to complete and will not prevent you from fully experiencing a fun night at the theatre.

We encourage you to join us for one, or all, of the performance opportunities! There is no limit on how many times you can participate, only how many people can register for any one event. The first 100 people will have the opportunity to find out how dance can improve their overall well-being. Do not miss your chance to see how dance can support your mental health.

Are you unable to join us on September 20, but would still like to see how dance can help you increase your resilience and self-regulation? Register your interest here and we will put you on our list to contact for the next event.

THANK YOU for your help in discovering the power of dance in our daily lives.
