Absolute Beginner - intended for dancers with little or no previous experience, this class introduces the fundamentals of ballet technique and vocabulary in a welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.
Beginning - intended for dancers of all abilities and levels for ongoing training in a slower-paced environment. This class progressively builds foundational ballet technique that expands throughout the season. All levels welcome - new dancers, dancers with some experience, and experienced dancers getting back into training.
Beginning Intermediate - intended for dancers who feel comfortable in the beginning class and are ready to work at a somewhat faster pace. This class incorporates longer combinations and focuses on increased strength, coordination, and dynamic range. New and more advanced steps and enchaînments are introduced, building technical understanding over the season.
Intermediate - intended for dancers with a solid understanding of barre and center vocabulary, including jumps, adagio, turns, and traveling combinations. This class moves at a faster pace with more challenging sequences. Instructors may not break down all combinations. Moderate level of experience / at least three years of ballet training advised.
Advanced - intended for dancers with technical proficiency or mastery and the ability to learn combinations quickly and with ease. This professionally paced class is an excellent environment to expand artistry and technical skills
Contemporary Jazz - Step into the rhythm and energy of our dynamic jazz dance class! Perfect for all levels, our classes blend classic jazz techniques with modern moves to create a fun and invigorating experience. You'll learn various styles, from Gus Giordano's technique to Broadway Jazz to Joel Hall’s hip-hop-infused Urban Jazz.
