ADAPTIVE DANCE CLASSES
Classes will take place on Saturdays, July 20, August 3, August 10, and August 17.
Boulder Ballet is developing a medically-supervised Adaptive Dance program designed for youth with cognitive and physical challenges. The Adaptive Dance program will offer 8 special needs students the chance to be in dance classes geared towards their specific needs. This new program is being offered by Boulder Ballet in our studios at
Dairy ARTS Center, 2590 Walnut Street, Boulder
The program is being developed for Boulder Ballet by Pediatric Rehabilitation specialists Dr. Stephanie Tow and Dr. Cristina Sarmiento. Interested students should contact Boulder Ballet to schedule a pre-class assessment by Doctors Tow and Sarmiento.
Physicians, therapists, and instructors will be assisting all students
There will be a small performance at the culmination of the program.
There is a $25 registration fee for the program. Financial assistance available for those in need.

Boulder Ballet is seeking volunteers with an interest and/or a background in working with children with disabilities to assist its medically-supervised Adaptive Dance program designed for youth with cognitive and/or physical challenges.
