Melissa Halpin

Native of Orlando, FL. Melissa received her training under Beatrix Aldana and Veronica Lemberger which led to studying the Vaganova Ballet Method intensively with Luba Gulyaeva, Victoria Rockhill-Schneider,  Mark Spivak and was a competitor of the 2002 YAGP finals in NYC. Her performance career started at Russian Ballet of Orlando and led her to Central Florida Ballet as well as performing for Walt Disney World Company from 2001-2009. In 2010 she became a company member with Boulder Ballet under Peter Davison and Ana Claire and has performed many classical and contemporary roles and recently retired as a performer with the organization. She is incredibly excited about her new transition into the school as a faculty member and outreach coordinator.
