UPDATES AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Boulder Ballet has been closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19, and everyone’s health and safety is our highest priority. In light of the recent mandate/requests from the City and County of Boulder and the State of Colorado which includes the banning public gatherings of more than 50 people, we have cancelled or postponed the following:

 

• Storybook Ballet: Stone Soup and The Ugly Duckling will be performed in Spring of 2021
• Gala and Dance Party-Rescheduled for October 24
• Ballet in the Park – canceled 

Boulder Ballet School is committed to the health, safety and well-being of our community. Recently released health guidelines by Boulder County now permit small group lessons to commence with strict social distancing protocols.

• In-studio and virtual summer intensive offered July 13 – Aug 1

Will Boulder Ballet have it’s 2020/2021 Season?

The first order of business is to keep everyone safe. It is certainly our hope that live performances will be a possibility next season. As more information on Colorado state mandates becomes available we will continue to provide updates and communicate about our plans for 2020/2021.

Will Boulder Ballet have in-person lessons in the fall?

Currently we are offering private and small group lessons in-person as well as virtually streaming all classes. This format will continue until it is safe to offer full in-studio lessons. Fall updates will be posted by August 1.
