Master Teacher Victoria Schneider (Levels 4A through 7/Professional)
Victoria Schneider studied with Fred Danieli at the School of the Garden State Ballet in New Jersey. She dancedJGP 2011 dprofessionally with the Garden State Ballet as a soloist, and with the Pennsylvania Ballet. She then taught at the School of the Pennsylvania Ballet for seven years under the direction of Lupe Serrano, before moving to Italy where she worked as principal teacher at La Scuola di Danza Classica in Prato. After returning to the United States, together with Martin Fredmann she established the School of the Tampa Ballet and served as ballet mistress of the Tampa/Colorado Ballet. Mrs. Schneider studied the teaching syllabus of Russian Classical Ballet with her late husband, Jurgen Schneider, and with Janina Ciunovas. To further
her qualifications, she completed the two-year pedagogy program at the Vaganova Academy of Ballet in St. Petersburg, Russia, under professor Valentina Vasilievna Rumyanseva. Mrs. Schneider is one of only three American born teachers to be certified through this prestigious and demanding program. Upon completion of this program in 1995 she joined the faculty of the renowned HARID Conservatory in Boca Raton, FL where she has remained asa respected member of the residential faculty for the past 22 years.  Her students have won major awards in numerous ballet competitions and can be found dancing in major ballet companies internationally and in the United States.  Since 2005 Mrs. Schneider has represented The HARID Conservatory as a member of the jury of The Japan Grand Prix International Ballet Competition and since 2012 has also represented The HARID Conservatory at The Taiwan Grand Prix. She remains active as a guest teacher and lecturer on the teaching of the Vaganova Methodology.
