Peter Davison's choreography draws from an international career as a multi-disciplinary performer. His works abound with colorful characters, humor, pathos, and a masterful use of objects. Comédia will feature Davison's contemporary commedia dell' arte ballet Bella Luna (2004), and the exciting premiere of a new work. Consisting of the most advanced students of the Boulder Ballet School, BB2 demonstrates the depth and quality of their training in this performance. Boulder Ballet's fourth-annual "thank you" to the city of Boulder for its support of dance, with additional performances in Broomfield and Aurora. This family-friendly repertoire concert features excerpts from the season along with new works, in classical and contemporary styles.
