Boulder Ballet opens Comédia--a unique production playing in Boulder, Lakewood and Estes Park--February 22 to March 21.
Featuring the choreography of Peter Davison, the show is highly theatrical, abounding with characters, objects, and innovative movement. The first act is a world-premiere titled Cirque d'Amour. Act 2 is a re-staging of the 2004 work Bella Luna. The beautiful lighting by Craig Bushman adds to the visual impact, and the recorded musical accompaniment is amazingly varied.
